Soror Dana Wilkerson Lynch became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, on April 15, 1992, through the Gamma Gamma Chapter at North Carolina Central University. In 2011, she reactivated through the Rho Epsilon Zeta Chapter in Marietta, Georgia, where she has served in numerous leadership roles, including Basileus, Executive Board Chair, Tamias, and Third Anti-Basileus.

Soror Lynch served five years as Georgia State Tamias and currently serves as the Georgia State Registration Coordinator. In 2023, her dedicated service was recognized with her induction into the State of Georgia Hall of Fame.

At the regional and international levels, Soror Lynch has been a valued member of the International Finance Committee since 2022, serving as Financial Administrator for the NCNW Good Health Wins grant and contributing her expertise as a member of the 990 Task Force. She also serves as Southeastern Regional Tamias and Regional Audit Coordinator, providing financial oversight, support, and training across the region.

Soror Lynch is Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) certified and has completed both the Basilei Institute and Train the Trainer certification programs. She is a proud Barbara C. Moore Fellow, a Centennial Life Member, and a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership development, accountability, and service within and beyond Zeta.

Professionally, Soror Lynch has worked as an Accountant with the State of Georgia Retirement Systems since 1999. She is also an active member of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc.-North Fulton Area Section, Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.-Atlanta Peachtree Chapter, and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.-Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter.
